Welcome to the 2012-2013 School Year at Golden Poppy Elementary!  Hopefully you are all well rested and have enjoyed some family time together this summer so that you are prepared for a year filled with learning, friendships, new experiences, and the desire to work harder than you ever have in order to make your goals become a reality.  We are excited to have you as an important member of the Grizzly family!

Golden Poppy is dedicated to the idea that ALL students can learn at high levels and our staff will work together as a professional learning community in order to prove that on a daily basis. 

As your new Principal, I will make every effort to be visible and approachable in order to ensure that your needs as students and parents are being met.  Please feel free to approach me to share your success stories, concerns, or just say “hello” whenever you see me around campus or in the community.
