Educational Services

Teachers who completed the SB472 Mathematics training may complete the portfolio.  The portfolio is due JUNE 18, 2010 to Educational Services.
Documentation for each listed activity is required. The site administrator signs his/her initials for each completed activity. Once the portfolio is approved, teachers will receive a $500 stipend. Participants will be notified by email if the portfolio has been approved.
The state requires the district to keep the portfolio-- portfolios will not be returned to participants.
