(WHOOPING COUGH) BOOSTER SHOT PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT INTO THE 7TH GRADE!
Proof of Tdap vaccination is REQUIRED at the time of REGISTRATION to complete new enrollment and transfer into the 7th grade.
