IC PORTAL INFORMATION
PARENT PORTAL:
Palmdale School District provides a web based system to help you more effectively monitor the progress of your child. This system will provide detailed, real-time information, including: Demographics, Schedules, Assignments, Assessment Scores, Calendar, Grades, Attendance, Reports, District and School Notices. You will need to fill out this form to set up your parent account. Click on the appropriate link to the right to access the Campus Portal.
IC PORTAL UPDATES
PASSWORD RESET AUTOMATION ENABLED
As of November 16, 2022, the automation allowing users to reset their own password has been enabled. You can only use this automation if you have signed in successfully and entered a security email address for the system to send you a password reset by email. You can use the Forgot Password or Forgot Username anytime after you enter a security email address for the system to use. You must use the Password Reset button above if you have not yet entered a security email.
UPDATES TO PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL EMERGENCY CONTACTS AND HOME ADDRESS:
As of December 2, 2021, you will be able to log in to Infinite Campus and change any of your information. Please click the file link below to get instructions on updating your information in Infinite Campus.

PARENT ACCESSING GRADES IN IC - YOUTUBE VIDEO
SECURITY:
The campus Portals incorporate the highest level of security. Parents/Guardians may only access information related to the students they are authorized to view. Families should not share their passwords or account information with anyone. This information is confidential. The use of strong passwords and session timeouts help ensure secure access.

For technical assistance, email [email protected], or call the Tech Help Desk at 661.789.6549, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PST. If you require assistance with your Parent Portal account, please fill out this Google Form.
If you can access your Parent Portal account, but do not see one of your children in the Drop Down menu on the top right of the page, please contact the Welcome and Enrollment Center to have them verify your portal rights inside of Infinite Campus. The Welcome and Enrollment Center can be reached at 661-789-6707.

CAMPUS PORTAL MOBILE APP:
The Campus Portal Mobile App provides a fast and convenient way for parents to check grades, assignments, schedules, attendance and daily planner information on their iOS or Android device. The app is available to our parents and students at no cost and can be downloaded directly from the iTunes App Store, Google play store or from the links provided below.
