HEALTH AND WELLNESS REFERRAL

If you, or a student you know, need help with depression, trauma, stress, self-harm, anger management, anxiety, loneliness, or anything else mental health-related, Palmdale Unified School District wants to help. Please click here to make a Health & Wellness referral. Trained mental health professionals will reach out to help the person in need as soon as possible. Referrals can be anonymous.

9-8-8 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. This dialing code will be available to everyone across the United States starting on July 16, 2022.
