Livescan Fingerprinting

All applicants must report for appointment with a "Request for Livescan Service" NCR form completed by the referring district or agency; photocopies will not be accepted.  Forms must be completed prior to fingerprint appointment.

All applicants must present current and valid photographic identification. Acceptable forms of identification are:

  • Driver's License (California or Out of State); OR
  • California DMV Identification Card; OR
  • Passport: OR
  • Alien Registration Card / Immigration / Green Card: OR
  • Military Identification Card AND
  • Social Security Card

Fee Schedule:

  • $32.00 / Department of Justice (DOJ)
  • $17.00 / FBI
  • $15.00 / Child Abuse
  • $10.00 / Department of Social Services
 

Rolling Fee:

  • $33.00 / Outside Agency / Public
  • $15.00 / Participating District(s)
  • $33.00 / Non-Participating District(s)
No Fee for Palmdale School District Volunteers
 

(High school aged students may volunteer at school sites under the supervision of certificated staff)

Fee determination will be made at time of appointment scheduling.

NOTE: Please do not bring children with you as they cannot be left unattended.  
If a child accompanies you to the appointment, you will be required to reschedule for another date and time.
