Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources

Mr. Ryan Beardsley proudly serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources.  Before his assignment at the Central Office, he served as the Principal of David G. Millen Magnet Academy and Golden Poppy Elementary School.  He also served in the role of Assistant Principal at several sites including Desert Willow, Golden Poppy, and Los Amigos.

 

Prior to his administrative career, Mr. Beardsley served as Administrative Intern, Special Project Teacher, Curriculum Resource Teacher, and taught fourth grade at Cimarron Elementary.  He also taught grades two and three at Summerwind Elementary following his move to Palmdale School District from the Sulphur Springs District where he taught third grade at Pinetree Elementary.

 

Mr. Beardsley currently holds a Master of the Arts Degree in Educational Administration and a Master of the Arts Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from California State University, Bakersfield.  He completed his undergraduate studies at San Diego State University where he earned his Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Liberal Studies-Education.  His lovely wife, Christina teaches at Summerwind Elementary and they are the proud parents of three children.
