Assistant Principal

My name is Erica Rodriguez and I am excited to join the Palm Tree family as assistant principal for the 2024-2025 school year.  This is my 14th year with the Palmdale School District. I was a classroom teacher for 10 years and I am starting my 4th year as assistant principal. I am a parent and I know the true value of every child succeeding in school and getting the best possible education.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and I have a Master's degree in Educational Administration. I have worked as a general education teacher for many years and have been on various leadership teams. 

I am looking forward to working with the Palm Tree team as well as all the parents and students. I look forward to having an awesome year and know that I am always here to help.
